Ropu is a qualified chartered certified accountant who is an expert in high performance and advises boutique Irish and international clients on driving improvements in performance focus and culture. Ropu has led assignments with clients in a diverse range of industry sectors, including hospitality, manufacturing, automobile, information technology and professional service. Ropu’s unique abilities to design customised professional advice is being one of his highly recognised skills.
His research has taken him all over the world to study what the best institutions in the world have in common and includes the New Zealand All Blacks, Cricket Australia, Kenyan Olympic athletes, Bosh, Nandos, Ryanair and personnel such as Mohammed Ali, Nelson Mandela, Dr. Muhammad Yunus who achieved success organically through hard work, dedication and smart decisions. He holds a BA Hons in Accounting & Finance from Dublin Business School, a Diploma in International Business from Portobello College Dublin and he is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, ACCA. He is a former national cricketer for Bangladesh at all age levels.
